The 20-year-old Wingard was named in the forward pocket of the 2013 Four'N Twenty All-Australian team in a special ceremony at the Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton on Monday night.
Wingard played in every match of the club's 2013 season - just his second year at AFL level - and averaged almost 22 disposals, in addition to four marks, two tackles and 1.8 goals per game.
Chad Wingard profile
He was the recipient of last year's Gavin Wanganeen Medal for the best Power player under the age of 21, and was nominated for the NAB AFL Rising Star award in Round 22 of that year.
His outstanding season as a small forward in the vastly improved Port Adelaide lineup saw him win the Showdown Medal for his match winning five-goal performance against the Adelaide Crows in Round 19.
Boak, 25, was exceptional in his first year as Port Adelaide's captain and won the Showdown Medal in Port Adelaide's victory over the Crows in Round 3.
He was named on the interchange bench in this year's All-Australian team.
Travis Boak profile
It comes after he missed just one game through injury against Sydney in Round 13.
Boak averaged over 25 disposals in addition to 4 tackles per game for the 2013 season. He kicked 20 goals.
The duo are Port Adelaide's first All-Australian selections in six years and are regarded as the frontrunners for this year's John Cahill Medal for the Power's best and fairest player.
