"The confidence is coming back a little bit. We haven't got much room to move now, obviously we need to win most games but it was really pleasing to get a bit closer to a four quarter performance today."

"When we're playing well it's when we've got a good mix of goal kickers up there - we've got some pretty dangerous forwards, both talls and smalls, so if we can get a good delivery going in, we're very confident we'll be able to kick enough."

"It wasn't the prettiest game, but with the year we've had, we can't complain. I think we put our closest four-quarter effort together, which is a pleasing sign. We're starting to head in the right direciton with the manic pressure we prided ourselves on last year, and it was a little better today. It was a great result for us because we havn't had a nice win like that all season."

"As a back six, we've spoken all week about not getting done [by the forward line]. I think we got beaten by the Bombers last week as a tall backs group. We put it on ourselves to do our job this week and play our role for our team, and that was the focus for everyone - if all 22 players play their role, then we'll go a long way towards getting the win."
