MASON Shaw will return to the action of SANFL football this weekend after completing his rehab for a groin injury.
The big forward has spent most of the last two months out of action, but will make an anticipated return to inject more height into the Magpies this weekend against North Adelaide at Prospect.
Paul Stewart is also a chance to join him against the Roosters after missing Saturday’s victory over Central District with a hip complaint.

He will be assessed at training, along with Nathan Krakouer who is also a chance to return at either AFL or SANFL level this week.
Surgery for Austin
First-year defender Logan Austin will go under the knife this week for surgery to both shoulders.
Recruited with the problem in November, Austin has played 10 SANFL games as a solid backman this season.
Port Adelaide head of high performance Darren Burgess said the opportunity to put Austin in for surgery on both shoulders would give him the best chance to take part in Day 1 of the club’s next pre-season campaign.
“Logan has been really good this year, but has had some continuing shoulder problems and we’ve made the call to put him in for surgery,” Burgess said.
“This will mean he can start pre-season on the first day with us and get a full one in.
“We’ve taken a long-term decision with this surgery and also one of short-term care.”
Ollie Wines will also have scans to the left shoulder he dislocated in a bump with David Armitage on Sunday.
