"We’ve been trying to produce the four quarter performance we’ve talked about all year, and it was great to finally get there. It’s unfortunate it’s taken so long in the season, but it certainly feels good and it’s a lot more enjoyable to play that sort of footy.

I think we were pretty hungry all game, and we were challenged with our toughness last week, and we wanted to make sure we put a four quarter effort in. Boaky pulled us together at half time to make sure we finished it off.

The umpires were pretty hot early. We were told [by Ken] to be aggressive, and we were. Obviously they were fighting for a final spot still and it was a pretty important game for them, and we had to get some respect back from the season and from last week especially."

I think we did our club proud tonight – we were able to stick it out for most of the game and it was pleasing to finish off the fourth quarter so well."
