Welcome to the very first edition of Inside Alberton for 2016!
While the new year has rolled in, the boys are still getting up to the same old tricks in their down time.
Pipes has been keeping himself busy hitting the beach, playing golf and hanging out with his (obscenely cute) niece Indianna.
It just doesn’t taste as good unless it’s all. Over. Your. Face.
While the rest of us were wrapping presents, catching up with family or indulging in pre-Christmas feast – the skipper kept to his pre-season training regime, kicking off the festivities with a triathlon on Christmas Eve!
No rest for the wicked.
For Westy it was a true family affair, getting together with his two brothers for a pre-Christmas “Bulk Westhoff” dinner.
Can you see the resemblance?
Ollie headed back to his home town of Echuca for New Years Eve for his second love - river water sports.
Change of pace on the river today! Thanks Echuca/Moama Stand Up Paddle!

Jacko took the opportunity to explore some of SA’s beautiful coastline, going cliff jumping at Second Valley last weekend. He's also been sticking to his training with the help of partner Stephanie.

Meanwhile, newly married Brad Ebert spent time with wife Bec’s family in Western Australia. (Christmas selfie: check)
“Family is everything” according to Chad Wingard, who spent most of the break hanging out with his siblings at home in Murray Bridge.
SA local Jimmy Toumpas is glad to be home, judging by this photo! After joining the club late last year, the Adelaidean finally took the plunge and bought his own place. Congrats Jimmy!
Robbie took the opportunity to sneak in a short getaway, jet-setting to Bali with partner Annabel for some RnR before gearing up for season 2016.
As you can see, Karl Amon, Jack Hombsch, Brendon Ah Chee and Robbie Young have been living the tough life! They caught some rays on a boat cruise last weekend.
When Charlie Dixon isn’t making headlines for falling down and getting back up at training, he’s taking it easy with his partner in crime – pooch Otis.
And finally, Kane Mitchell made use of the facilities during a trip to Japan with friends. And photographed it, of course.
Happy New Year, Port Faithful - here's to Season 2016!
