THE POWER has submitted paperwork to the AFL to remove Matt White from their long-term injury list.
It comes as he prepares to play his first game after missing the last fourteen matches and three quarters of the Power's opening round clash with St Kilda.
It was there that White injured the pectoral muscle that has since kept him in rehab.
More than likely to return via the SANFL, where Port Adelaide hosts the Eagles at Alberton on Sunday, White is also likely to be joined by Matt Lobbe and Will Snelling, who will also return from long-term injuries.
Port Adelaide hosts Woodville-West Torrens at Alberton on Sunday 17 July at 2.10pm.
