BRAD EBERT is clear to play against the Lions on Saturday after suffering no ill-effects from an open wound to the head against GWS yesterday.
The wound was stitched-up post-game and Ebert will suit up against Brisbane.
While Ken Hinkley may move his gaze towards Port’s in-form SANFL brigade for changes following the 19-point loss to the Giants, he won’t be looking towards the injury list for fresh players.
Charlie Dixon has been listed as a 1-2 week return prospect, with the Power’s head of high performance Darren Burgess inclined to take a cautious approach to his return.
“Charlie will be about 1-2 weeks, and I’d say the Melbourne game is a more likely date for him,” Burgess told portadelaidefc.com.au.
No other injuries were reported from Sunday’s game, with Logan Austin returning to the field after receiving attention from the medical team, while Jasper Pittard will also play against the Lions despite finishing the game in the hands of physios.
