HAMISH HARLTETT has been charged with a second classifiable offence for intentional striking against Sydney's Jordan Foote and fined $1500 with an early plea.
Hartlett was charged for the same offence during the JLT Community Series - intentional, low impact, body contact.
An early plea will decrease the sanction from $2500 to $1500.
Fremantle's Michael Walters and Cam McCarthy will be eligible to play against the Power on Sunday after being cited for engaging in a melee with Geelong's Zach Tuohy.
