This lesson focusses on Healthy Eating and the importance to fuel your body with quality nutritious food.

You will learn about the five food groups, the number of fruit and vegetables you should eat per day, how much water you should drink per day and how to read food labels. You will be required to do research to find the answers that you might not be aware of. You can include your parents, guardian, brothers and sisters in the activities and ask them questions too.
