Tickets to Port Adelaide's clash with the Western Bulldogs were exhausted in less than two hours.

THE PORT ADELAIDE Football Club confirms that tickets for this Saturday night’s Toyota AFL Finals Series Preliminary Final against the Western Bulldogs are sold out.

Priority 1 members (Port Adelaide Season Reserved seat, Essential Power and Adelaide Oval members) had access to the on-sale from 12:00pm local time.

With capacity reduced to 26,500 at Adelaide Oval due to the South Australian Government’s COVID-19 guidelines, all available member allocated tickets were claimed in less than two hours, and without progressing beyond Priority Group 1.

“We appreciate that many members who had access to this game have unfortunately been unable to secure a ticket in the priority on-sale today,” said Port Adelaide Chief Executive Officer Matthew Richardson.

“Incredible demand (there were over 9000 members in the Ticketek cue ready to buy at 12:00pm) combined with reduced capacity due to COVID has made securing a ticket challenging for many and we are disappointed for them.

“We are grateful to SA Health and Adelaide Oval management for working together to increase capacity to 50% capacity for this game.”

If any further tickets become available as a result of unused allocations, they will be released via Ticketek on Thursday September 9 at 2pm (ACST).

The AFL coordinates ticket prices, seat categories and the on-sale schedule for all 2021 Toyota AFL Finals series matches.

Saturday night’s Preliminary Final starts at 7:10pm ACST.
