Member ticket info:
Essential Power, Club 1870, Platinum, Gold, Silver members
• Members who have purchased since Saturday 6 April – cards will be available for collection at the Port Club on Saturday 10am-3pm or at the Planet Teal Zone at AAMI Stadium on Sunday from 2pm.
• Some cards may be available earlier and members will be individually advised by SMS if this is the case
• Any member who purchased Friday 5 April or prior – membership cards have been posted. If these have not been received, come to the Planet Teal Zone at AAMI Stadium from 2pm to collect a temporary paper ticket. Photo ID is required.
• It is recommended Members arrive early (from 2pm) to avoid queues and ensure that they can collect their ticket and enter the ground in time for the first bounce.
Planet Teal, Country and 3-game members
• There is no unreserved area for Showdown which means to gain access, these members must redeem a reserved seat ticket free of charge using the instructions below prior to game day.
• Your membership card will NOT scan at the gate for this match.
• You will NOT be able to collect a ticket when you arrive at AAMI Stadium so if you do not pre-register as above you will have to pay for your entry
• Download your ticket by following these instructions:
- Visit www.ticketmaster.com.au/afl and click on ‘Find Tickets’ beneath the Power logo
- Find the event on Sunday 14 April 2013 called ‘Port Adelaide v Adelaide – Club Members’ and click ‘Find Tickets’
- Create a Ticketmaster account or log into your existing account
- Follow the prompts to enter the 12-digit barcode number from the back of your membership card*
- You can reserve seats together (one per membership barcode number) or purchase additional tickets during this process
- Print your ticket(s) to take to the game. Your printed tickets will scan at the AAMI Stadium turnstiles.
*If you do not have your membership card yet, you can obtain your barcode by:
• logging into your Port Adelaide Account at www.weareportadelaide.com.au
• In the Manage My Tickets section, there is a heading called “Entitlement (Australia)” which says ‘to view your membership, entitlements used and attendance details click here’. Click on the word ‘here’.
• A new screen will appear that lists all your access entitlements, and your barcode is the 12-digit number in the Membership ID column. If you have multiple memberships, be sure to use the right barcode by checking the Membership Type column:
- 13G3H = 3-game membership
- 13G5H = Country membership
- 13GJ = Planet Teal membership
• Logout of your account once you have noted down your barcode(s).
