THE PORT ADELAIDE family has grown by one with the birth of another potential father-son recruit.

Captain Tom Jonas and his wife Millie welcomed their second child George Timothy Jonas to the world late last month.

The little fella has already shown plenty of his father’s trademark grit and determination and the club’s recruiters will no doubt have pencilled in his name for the 2040 draft.

George’s older sister Matilda was born in 2020 and is another the list managers will watch closely as she grows up, with an eye to having her represent the club in the AFLW in years to come.

Tom and Millie have thanked the staff at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital for their care and support during and since George’s birth.

Everyone at the club congratulates Tom, Millie and Matilda on George’s safe arrival.
