PORT ADELAIDE forward Robbie Gray is expected to be available for selection for the opening round of the 2022 AFL Premiership Season after a scan today showed no muscle injury to his right hamstring.
Gray left the field in the first quarter of the club’s 37-point win over the Crows on Saturday after experiencing minor hamstring tightness.
The 33-year-old sat out the remainder of the game as a precaution but should be available for the club’s season opener against Brisbane in a fortnight.
Midfielder Trent Dumont has entered the AFL’s concussion protocols after taking a knock to the head during the club’s SANFL trial game against Woodville-West Torrens on Saturday.
