Ruckman Scott Lycett has had successful laterjet surgery after suffering a shoulder injury in Round 4.
PORT ADELAIDE ruckman Scott Lycett has had successful laterjet surgery following an injury in the round 4 game against Melbourne.
Lycett dislocated his right shoulder in the first half against the Demons but played out the game.
As advised by the club last week, the 29-year-old needed surgery to repair the shoulder.
Lycett will miss approximately 12 weeks of football but is expected to be back running at training within a month.
Port Adelaide has worked all week to avoiding a repeat of its Jekyll and Hyde form. Proving the answers are at hand begins against West Coast in the Anzac Round clash at home on Saturday.
