TODD Marshall has received the fans’ vote as Port Adelaide’s best performer against the Tigers in Round 13.
Marshall’s goalkicking performance was a standout for Power fans, with the young forward scoring a game-high three goals in a match where no scoring opportunities came easy.
It is the second time the fans have awarded him the maximum five votes, rewarding the key forward in the midst of a career-best season.
Marshall’s performance has seen him extend his lead as Port Adelaide’s leading goalscorer on the year (23), and further solidified his position in the top end of the MG MVP Leaderboard.
Taking out second place in the voting was Sam Powell-Pepper who finished the contest with 14 disposals, five tackles and a goal.
His energy around the ground and second efforts have become a staple for the big-bodied midfielder/forward, who is sitting comfortably at the top of the leaderboard.
Rounding out the votes this week was Travis Boak (3rd), Karl Amon (4th) and Dan Houston (5th).
Port Adelaide will now turn their attention to hosting the Swans in a huge Round 14 clash at Adelaide Oval.
