PORT ADELAIDE supporters have voted Ollie Wines as best afield in his side’s narrow Round 16 loss to Fremantle.

The midfield bull gathered a game-high in disposals (39), along with six score involvements and five clearances.

Wines was dominant around the ground and showed true desperation for the ball in key moments – finishing the match with 17 contested possessions, the most of anyone on ground.

For the second time this season he collects the maximum five votes, moving him into fifth place on the MG MVP Leaderboard.

Runner-up in the fan vote was livewire midfielder/forward Connor Rozee, whose strong outing saw him collect 21 disposals, 11 contested possessions and five score involvements.

Despite spending most of his time in the centre, Rozee also managed to find the big sticks – kicking a goal each in the third and fourth quarters.

Rozee’s rise in form is reflected on the Fans Leaderboard, where he now sits well within striking distance of second place.

Rounding out the votes this week were Charlie Dixon (3rd), Sam Powell-Pepper (4th) and Mitch Georgiades (5th).

The Power now shift focus to its must-win clash against the Giants at Adelaide Oval this Saturday night.
