- Power and Eagles to close week one of AFL Finals
- Ticketing information to be distributed to club members on Monday
- Member pre-sale begins 9am ACST on Tuesday 29 August
PORT ADELAIDE will play West Coast Eagles at the Adelaide Oval on Saturday night, September 9, in the AFL First Elimination Final.
It will be fourth time the Power and Eagles have played at the venue, and the first in a final.
The two sides have met just once in the major round - in the 2007 Qualifying Final at Football Park, which Port won by three points in a night time thriller.
Adelaide and GWS will open the finals with a Thursday night battle - also at the Adelaide Oval - for a berth in the preliminaries.
Geelong and Richmond will then do battle in on Friday night at the MCG, before Sydney hosts Essendon on Saturday afternoon at the SCG.
Members will receive email correspondence from Port Adelaide regarding ticketing arrangements for the First Elimination Final on Monday morning.
Port Adelaide members with home game (home-and-away season) match access can buy tickets in pre-sale windows in Weeks 1-3 of finals where the Power participates. Those purchasing tickets will require the 12-digit barcode on their member card to access pre-sale.
One member barcode provides access to purchase two tickets. Up to eight tickets in one transaction.
Member pre-sale will open on Tuesday 29 August between 9.00am-1.00pm ACST.
General public tickets will go on sale at 2.00pm ACST on Tuesday 29 August.
