THE fans have spoken, voting Connor Rozee their best on ground in Port Adelaide’s 56-point demolition of Adelaide.

The exciting midfielder has enjoyed a breakout season on the park that has seen him play all 22 games and average career-highs across the board.

Showdown LII proved to be one of the best games of his season where he tallied 34 disposals, five clearances, and eight tackles – as well as a fourth-quarter goal.

His night was topped off by claiming his first ever Showdown Medal after the young talent received a clean sweep of the judges’ votes.

His Round 23 performance locks in his second-placed position on the MG MVP Leaderboard.

Runner-up in the fan vote was Robbie Gray, with the Showdown master kicking two memorable goals in his final AFL match.

He was the man everyone had their eye on, and he didn’t disappoint – looking as dangerous as ever around goal that saw him record an impressive nine score involvements, the second-highest on-ground.

The Port Adelaide legend enjoyed an emotional send off, surrounded by his family, teammates and an incredible crowd of over 50,000 who packed Adelaide Oval to farewell a great of the game.

Rounding out the votes this week were tough on-baller Ollie Wines (three), the hardworking Sam Powell-Pepper (two) and livewire Zak Butters (one).
