PORT ADELAIDE's AFLW players have been making the most of their off-season after a busy inaugural campaign.
Holidays, weddings and everything in between, check out what some of your favourites have been up to.
Ebony O’Dea
Defender Ebony O’Dea took on a quirky role at a friend’s wedding, serving as a dog-minder for the happy couple. Sporting a smart rust-coloured suit and a bag filled with dog treats, O’Dea was thrilled to play her part in her mate’s special day.
Erin Phillips
You may have spotted Erin Phillips on Sunrise this week as she completed the famous Adelaide Oval Roof Climb alongside weather reporter Sam Mac. Phillips conquered her fear of heights, even waving her Port Adelaide scarf above her head while doing the classic ‘lean-out’ over the ground.
Jacqui Yorston
Jacqui Yorston has been spending quality time with her boyfriend (NRL player Tanah Boyd) and their families back home on the Gold Coast. She’s had a quiet start to the year after undergoing a small knee procedure in early January.
Yasmin Duursma
Fresh from graduating year 12, Yasmin Duursma spent eight days in Bali to celebrate, alongside her mum Susie and some family friends. The group spent the time relaxing by the pool and making day trips to see the local sights.
Ella Boag
Like Duursma, Ella Boag enjoyed a relaxing week in Bali with family to wind-down after a hectic year of school and footy. The Boags visited waterfalls, went shopping and rode bikes through the picturesque Ubud rice fields.
Hannah Dunn
Hannah Dunn enjoyed plenty of beach time with friends in Double Island, Queensland. She even caught up with fellow AFLW players Dee Heslop (Brisbane) and Daisy D’Arcy (Gold Coast), as well as Brisbane Broncos player Paige Parker.
Olivia Levicki
Ruck Olivia Levicki made the trek to Far North Queensland, spending over a week in Port Douglas with husband Patrick. The pair visited beaches, restaurants and celebrated New Year’s Eve in the coastal town, making the most of the warm weather.
Julia Teakle
Julia Teakle ventured west for some quality family time in Perth over the Christmas break. The forward went swimming in the crystal clear West Australian waters and caught up with fellow Port Adelaide player and first cousin, Brynn. Teakle was also sure to fit in her off-season fitness program, running with Gemma Houghton, Indy Tahau and Maggie MacLachlan, who were all visiting family in WA.
Cheyenne Hammond
In early January, Cheyenne Hammond attended her sister Crystal’s hens’ day, who is set to be married later this month. Hammond has also posted promising glimpses of a strong return to running on her Instagram stories recently, following ankle surgery in November.
Ange Foley
Physical education teacher Ange Foley has been enjoying the school holidays alongside partner Jo and step-kids Abbie and Gus. The stylish quartet donned cute matching pyjamas on Christmas morning!
Gemma Houghton
Just before the Christmas break, Gemma Houghton and Hannah Ewings made a special trip to Whyalla alongside the Power Community team. The group visited four schools to deliver programs on healthy lifestyles, positive relationships and inclusion.
