This letter was sent by the AFL's Marketing and Communications department prematurely and without authorisation by the Port Adelaide Football Club.
The AFL maintains responsibility for sending all member communications regarding finals and finals ticketing on behalf of the Clubs.
The AFL has acknowledged its error in sending this communication and apologised to the Club.
The Port Adelaide Football Club apologises to affected members for any confusion this letter may have caused.
The club also advises the ticketing information attached to the letter will be correct in the event Port Adelaide qualifies for finals.
