Yartapuulti stalwart Travis Boak has been cleared of serious injury following an incident at Adelaide Oval on Friday night.

During the second quarter of the Power’s five-point win over Narrm, Boak endured a heavy knock to the ribs, with the 34-year-old eventually replaced by the tactical substitute in the third term.

Boak will be assessed to determine his eligibility for selection this week, after imaging cleared him of serious injury.

Key forward Charlie Dixon has been ruled out of the last two games while recovering from a quad strain.

Dixon will be assessed this week, hopeful of a return to AFL action against Richmond on Sunday.

Fellow forward Todd Marshall will undergo a final concussion test on Friday, with the 25-year-old expected to be available this weekend.

Yartapuulti will name its extended squad for Sunday’s Round 11 match against the Tigers on Thursday evening at 5:50pm ACST, with the final team to be announced at 4:30pm ACST Friday.
