THE LAST time the Power faced the Tigers was during Round 8, 2015 in front of 44,451 fans at Adelaide Oval.

The Power went down to the Tigers by 33 points (43-76) in what was Kane Cornes’s 300 and final match of his career.

Ollie Wines made a solid return from injury, managing 24 disposals and Chad Wingard finished with 20 disposals and two goals.

Speaking of Wines, he is currently ranked equal second for tackles in season 2016.

Travis Boak (32 possessions) and Robbie Gray (28 disposals, one goal) worked hard but to no avail, as Richmond had an answer for everything Port Adelaide threw at them.

Boak holds the Power's disposal record against the Tigers, having had 39 touches in the 2014 elimination final.

If recalled to the side, Jared Polec will play his 50th AFL game.

The Power and the Tigers have met 26 times with the Power holding a 15:10 winning advantage.

The Power have been victorious by at least 50 points during five of the 26 clashes against the Tigers.

The biggest of these wins was in Round 12, 2002 when Port Adelaide defeated Richmond by 84 points in front of 25,770 at Football Park.

The largest crowd attendance for a Power v Tigers clash was the 2014 Elimination Final, when 49,886 fans poured into Adelaide Oval to see the Power win by 57 points.

Warren Tredrea has the highest goal kicking performance against the Tigers - seven goals in his unbelievable performance at Football Park in 2009.

This is the Power's first game at the MCG for 2016. It has a 2-in-5 success rate at the home of football.
