Xavier Duursma has been named in Yartapuulti's SANFL side for Saturday’s game, marking his return to football after two months.   

The 22-year-old has been on the club’s injury list since the Power’s Round 7 win over St Kilda when he tore his PCL in a marking contest. 

Duursma was back to his best early in the AFL season and is expected to have an immediate on-field impact for the Magpies.  

The midfield will receive an additional boost with the return of Hugh Jackson who missed two weeks in concussion protocols, Nick Moore who has served a one-match ban, and Josh Sinn who has been omitted from the AFL side. 

Dylan Aldridge also comes in, while Orazio Fantasia (hamstring tightness) and Will Francou (omitted) will both miss this weekend. 

Last time the two sides met was in Round 4 at Loxton Oval, where Yartapuulti got up by 17 points in the annual tribute match for the late Russell Ebert. 

Tom Jonas, Jase Burgoyne, Dante Visentini and Quinton Narkle have been named AFL emergencies, with those not required in Melbourne to be available to play in the SANFL. 

The game gets under way at Alberton Oval gets at 2:10pm on Saturday, with gates opening at 12:40pm.
