The Port Adelaide Football Club condemns the multiple racial posts directed at Willie Rioli last night.

Racism has no place in our society and nor in our national game.

The power of Australian football is to unite, not divide.

Sadly racist comments like these cause deep distress and harm to First Nations players and their families across the competition and the community more broadly.

The Club will do whatever it can to assist the AFL and Collingwood Football Club in its investigation to hold this reprehensible behaviour to account.

We will continue to call out these disgusting actions and use our voice to educate our fans and the community.

The club is supporting Willie, his family, and all First Nations people within the club who have been distressed by these racist comments.

The club asks for Willie’s privacy to be respected at this time.
