CONNOR ROZEE will play his 100th AFL game in Saturday night’s Showdown LIV.

After beginning his AFL career as a half forward who won the club’s leading goalkicker award in his debut season, Rozee has developed into one of the most exciting midfielders in the competition.

Here are some numbers to help you impress your friends about the 23-year-old’s career so far:

5 – Rozee was the fifth pick in the 2018 AFL National Draft, a draft in which the club also claimed Zak Butters and Xavier Duursma.

22 – Rozee played all 22 games in the 2019 season, his first on the AFL list. Port Adelaide finished that season with 11 wins and 11 losses / In 2022, Rozee took home his maiden John Cahill Medal as club best and fairest, as well as being named in the All-Australian side.

185 – Rozee was the 185th player to represent Port Adelaide at AFL level. His club debut came in a 26-point win over Melbourne at MCG in Round 1, 2019. He had 18 touches and five tackles that day.

63.64 – Rozee’s winning percentage in his 99 games.

96 – Rozee has booted 96 goals in his 99 games. He has twice booted a career-best haul of five (against Brisbane in Round 3, 2019, and against Geelong in Round 13, 2021). He booted a club-high 29 goals in his debut season but has not kicked more than 21 in a year since.

19 – Rozee has polled a total of 19 Brownlow Medal votes to the end of the 2022 season. That included 14 votes in the 2022 season in which he won his first All-Australian blazer and best and fairest.

53 – Saturday night’s game will be Rozee’s 53rd at Adelaide Oval. He has a 35-18 win-loss record at the venue.

8 – In eight games against Saturday’s opponent the Crows, Rozee has tasted victory on five occasions, including in Round 23, 2022 when he won his first Showdown medal.

13 – Rozee’s 99 games have come at 13 different venues. He has never lost a game at five different venues – Bellerive Oval in Tasmania (2 wins), Carrara in Queensland (6 wins), Cazaly’s Stadium in Cairns (1 win), Jiangwan Stadium in Shanghai (1 win) and the SCG in Sydney (1 win). He has never won at Traeger Park in the NT, York Park in Tasmania nor Kardinia Park in Geelong, losing one game at each venue.

20 – Rozee has worn the number 20 guernsey since his debut. Coincidentally he is also ranked 20th on Port Adelaide’s all-time AFL goal kicking list needing six goals to catch up to Scott Cummings in 19th.
