The Port Adelaide Football Club, on behalf of the Motley family, advises that a funeral to honour and farewell the late Geof Motley will be held at Alberton Oval at 11:30am on Monday 9 October.
Those that are unable to attend will be able to stream the service online.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and pay tribute to the nine-time premiership player who passed away last week after a short illness at the age of 88.
A number of past club greats will be on hand to celebrate the life of the Australian Football Hall of Famer and 1964 Magarey Medallist.
In lieu of floral tributes, the Motley family has requested donations be made to support the work of Legacy.
Members of the public are advised that The Precinct at Alberton will be closed during and after the service in order to accomodate a private wake for family and friends following formalities on the oval.
