Port Adelaide forward Mitch Georgiades has been offered a one-match ban from an incident occurring during Saturday's win at Adelaide Oval.

Georgiades was cited by the Match Review Officer for striking Bulldog Nicholas Coffield in the second quarter.

The incident has been classified as intentional conduct and low impact with high contact.

The club will consider its position overnight as to whether it wishes to challenge the ban.
