PORT ADELAIDE will play in the final game of the AFL’s home and away season, journeying to Perth to face Fremantle in a Sunday twilight game at Optus Stadium.

The fixture – to get underway at 4:10pm local time (5:40pm ACST) - was confirmed by the AFL on Wednesday morning along with the rest of the Round 24 schedule.

As has become tradition, the final round of the premiership season had been left as a floating fixture until now.
