The Port Adelaide Football Club is proud to announce MG Motor Australia has extended its major partnership with the club for a further three years.
After initially signing with the club as part of MG's launch into the Australian market, the automotive brand has experienced significant growth and is now comfortably one of the country's best-selling car brands.
MG will continue to hold pride of place on the front of all the club’s home, clash, and special event guernseys across the AFL, AFLW and SANFL programs, and across all official on-field merchandise.
The MG brand will continue its naming rights of the MG High Performance Centre and be represented through activations on game day at both Adelaide and Alberton Ovals.
Port Adelaide Football Club Chief Executive Officer, Matthew Richardson, said he was delighted that MG extended its partnership, and acknowledged it’s a significant moment for both organisations.
“We are delighted to announce this three-year partnership extension with MG Motor Australia, and Port Adelaide is very proud to wear the iconic MG brand on the front of our playing uniforms across the AFL, AFLW and SANFL competitions,” Mr Richardson said.

MG Motor Australia’s Chief Executive Officer, Peter Ciao said the extension reiterates the brand’s support for the club.
