Port Adelaide defender Miles Bergman will be assessed this week to determine his fitness for the weekend.
Bergman has been cleared of structural damage to his knee after being subbed out of Sunday’s game as he managed some swelling from a knock.
Ryan Burton, Jack Lukosius and Todd Marshall are all making strides in their recovery, while Brandon Zerk-Thatcher has rejoined training this week and is nearing closer to a return to football.
Port Adelaide will name its squad for Sunday’s game against Sydney on Thursday evening, with the final team to be named on Friday afternoon.
