ACCESS to Adelaide Oval via the River Torrens footbridge will be restricted during the 2017 season, according to The Advertiser.
The restrictions will apply as part of the redevelopment of the Adelaide Festival Centre, with signage to encourage only train service users to access the Oval via the footbridge.
Primary access to the ground will be via the King William Road bridge.
The restrictions will impact the club’s traditional March from the Mall, with Port Adelaide game day team to meet next week to decide how to manage the issue in 2017.
Port Adelaide’s first home game is against Fremantle on Sunday 2 April.
