BRAD EBERT has been ruled out of Port Adelaide’s clash with the Gold Coast on Sunday.
The 29-year-old also missed last weekend’s Showdown against Adelaide after suffering concussion symptoms.
As part of his injury management, Ebert will travel to the Florey Institute in Melbourne to undergo various tests.
“Brad suffered a head knock against Collingwood and the symptoms have lasted longer than we’re comfortable with,” said Port Adelaide Football Club Head of Medical Services, Tim O’Leary.
“With something as serious as concussion we don’t take any risks so he will undergo some extra testing in Melbourne, as have numerous players from around the AFL in recent times.”
Ebert has played 242 career games including seven in 2019.
