SCOTT Lycett has been judged to have had the perfect game against the Blues on Saturday, being awarded 10 votes from the coaches for the the 2019 Shadforth Financial Group AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award.

In just his second game for the Power, the 2018 premiership ruckman dominated the ruck battle winning 34 hit-outs, was present across the ground with 25 disposals (17 contested) and added to the score board with a goal.

Travis Boak continued his midfield resurgence with 33 disposals and was award 6 votes from the coaches for Round 2. After being awarded 7-votes in last week’s win over the Dees, Boak sits in 5th spot on the overall leader board.

Dan Houston (4), Tom Rockliff (3) Brad Ebert and Darcy Byrne-Jones (1) also polled votes for the Power in Round 2.

Patrick Cripps was the only player from the Blues awarded votes from the coaches, the Blues’ skipper racked up 34 disposals, being their highest ball winner on the day.
