MEMBERS and fans will get their first glimpse of Port Adelaide’s new high-profile recruits and draft picks at Friday’s annual intra-club match.
Open to the public for a gold coin donation, a big crowd is expected at Alberton Oval, with the game commencing at 5pm.
In 2018, more than 5000 fans packed the stands to watch Sam Powell-Pepper dominate proceedings with a 35-touch best-on-ground performance.
Todd Marshall was also very impressive with a couple of goals, while Joel Garner was a highlight in his first outing in Power colours.
This year, members and supporters will get to see the likes of Ryan Burton, Scott Lycett, Sam Mayes, along with first-round draftees Connor Rozee, Zak Butters and Xavier Duursma for the first time.
Port’s first competitive hit-out of the season will be followed by a full squad signing session which is set to begin just before 8pm.
