Melbourne’s Jack Viney was given nine votes after leading the possession statistic in the game along with having a game-high 14 clearances.
His teammates Angus Brayshaw, Tom McDonald and Neville Jetta each received two votes from the coaches.
Patrick Cripps (Carlton), Shaun Higgins (North Melbourne), Liam Shiels (Hawthorn) and Adam Saad (Essendon) all received the maximum 10 votes from the AFL coaches for Round 14.
Despite sitting out the round with a bye, Fremantle’s Nat Fyfe remains at the top of the leaderboard but Carlton’s Patrick Cripps has jumped into outright second, just three votes behind him after his full marks in his side’s loss to Collingwood.
