PORT ADELAIDE has won three consecutive games, defeating Melbourne, Western Bulldogs, and reigning premiers Richmond at home in June, and will be keen to keep a consistent team.

Former Demons Jack Watts and Jack Trengove were extremely impressive in the Magpies last SANFL fixture against Sturt, and will come into the selection mix.

Karl Amon was also impressive in the Magpies’ come-from-behind win against the Double Blues, while Jimmy Toumpas has been a consistent performer in the SANFL.

Jack Hombsch was left out of the side that defeated Melbourne in Round 14, and will once again be around the mark to face Carlton.

Will Snelling has played some impressive defensive roles for the Magpies, while Cam Hewett was very good in his return to footy.

The final team will be announced on Thursday evening.
