WEST COAST has started the 2018 AFL Premiership season in strong fashion but may be forced to make one change for its clash with Port Adelaide at Optus Stadium.

Lewis Jetta tweaked a calf in the Eagles’ tense eight-point victory against the Dockers and appears likely to miss Saturday’s match.

Mark Hutchings has been in and out of the side this season and did his chances of a recall no harm with dominant display for East Perth, where he collected 33 disposals.

Former Power player Brendon Ah Chee has been in solid form in the WAFL in the last two weeks, returning from an ankle injury he sustained in the JLT Community Series.

Adam Simpson could opt for another debutant to replace Jetta if he is ruled out, with Brayden Ainsworth and rookie Francis Watson showing some promising signs.

The Eagles host the Power at Optus Stadium on Saturday, with the match commencing at 4.05pm (ACST).
