JASPER Pittard will undergo scans after coming from the field with a hamstring issue during Sunday night’s JLT clash with Richmond.
The defender limped from the field just before half time.
Port Adelaide head of high performance Darren Burgess said scans over the next few days should determine the extent of the injury.
“Jasper felt some tightness in his hamstring, so we thought it’d be safer to take him off,” Burgess said.
“He was only scheduled to play a half and it happened just before half time, which is a bit unfortunate - but hopefully he’ll be okay.”
Chad Wingard was also sidelined in the third quarter after suffering two corks to his right leg and didn’t return to the game.
He’ll be assessed by fitness staff on Monday, but is expected to be available for selection next week.
