YOUNG forward Dougal Howard has suffered a suspected ACL tear to his left knee.
The recent debutant received a knock to the knee during a contest in the third quarter of the Power's clash with Fremantle.
He came off immediately and didn't return to the field.
Head of high performance Darren Burgess told portadelaidefc.com.au they won't know the extent of the injury until early next week.
"It looks like Dougs has some damage to his ACL - he'll have scans on Monday which will confirm the extent of the injury," he said.
Howard has played five AFL games for the Power after debuting in Round 2, 2016.
