Hartlett has served a two-match suspension and has been named in the Power midfield, in a squad of 25 that has forwards Simon Phillips and Daniel Stewart named as emergencies.
The only exclusion revealed so far from the team beaten by Brisbane last week is a forced one through injury to Matthew Lobbe who strained his hamstring in the third quarter.
At least one more player will be omitted to make way for Hartlett’s certain recall, when the team is finalised on Friday afternoon.

Midfield coach Shaun Rehn said Hartlett would be a valuable inclusion after his suspension forced him to miss games against West Coast and Brisbane.
“Hamish is ready to go, he’s just what we’re looking for at the moment and he’ll give us a bit of energy back in the side this week,” Rehn told PortAdelaideFC.com.au
Lobbe - whose hamstring injury ends a run of nine games after his return from hip surgery - proved dominant in last week’s clash up until he was hurt.
“It’s only slight, but it’s at least a one week injury so unfortunately his season’s over after a really good effort last week right up until he hurt it,” Rehn said.
Redden will play his ninth game for the club and his first game since the Round 20 clash with Hawthorn in Launceston.
“We’re quite excited to give Reddo a chance in the last game of the year against Ivan Maric who is really one of the top ruckmen in the AFL at the moment, and that’ll be a great challenge for him,” Rehn said.

The Power comes up against a Tigers outfit that has won 10 games, including an impressive last-start victory over Essendon.
“They’re really up and running at the moment,” Rehn said.
“They’re carrying the footy, they’re playing creative football and they defend really well. Their midfielders are running hot, so it’s a great chance to test ourselves against a good opposition.”
Port Adelaide has had to wait until the final minor round game of 2012 to play at the MCG and Rehn said the club’s young players will enjoy the experience.
“It’s good for our boys, some of the young boys who haven’t been on the MCG yet, to take it up to a side like Richmond,” Rehn said.
Port Adelaide and Richmond clash from 2.45pm (SA time) on Sunday.
