Tom Clurey
Had a brilliant game today and I hope he gets the plaudits he deserves from it. Totally smothered Crameri in the first half, kept him to just the 4 touches to half time (after he kicked 7 last week). Moved on to the BOG Stringer after half time and kept him to just 4 second half touches. Whilst he didn't do much with the ball, his defensive efforts were first class and showed a maturity well beyond his experience level considering the bombardment the backline copped. Well done Tommy!
Chad Wingard
Similar to last week really - a lightning first quarter, followed by 30-40 minutes of nothing before a strong second half. His first quarter really was that good. Had a play in all our shots in the first quarter. Hasn't been getting the quantity of ball in recent weeks as he had been getting, but he's been having significantly less midfield time as well. Would love to see him up around the ball again.

Brad Ebert
Thought he showed a significant improvement this week in terms of consistency across four quarters and also skill level. Was hitting his targets more this week compared to the last 2 months. Still some way to go to get back to his damaging best, but he was one of our better players today.
Robbie Gray
Not at his absolute best but thought he kept competing and was one of the few midfielders that were able to consistently win the ball at stoppages. Constantly under the pump so didn't have the time or space to use it as effectively as he normally can.
Matthew Broadbent
Has been super consistent since coming back into the team and today was more of the same. Decent behind the ball and used it well coming out of defence. Not a great game, but was one of the better performers out there.
