Richmond defender Dylan Grimes has been charged for making contact with injured Jackson Trengove during the first term of the Power’s clash with the Tigers on Sunday night.
The Match Review Panel charged Grimes with a first offence for misconduct and with an early plea, he’ll have to cough up $1,000 for the offence.
X-rays later cleared Trengove of a fracture to his ankle however club is still awaiting the results of an MRI scan to determine the extent of the injury.
Coach Ken Hinkley said it’s likely Trengove will be sidelined for a significant period of time.
