Another baby for Bobby
Alipate Carlile and partner Jo Sutton are expecting their second child. They posted a photo on Instagram sharing the news that Jo is 20 weeks pregnant, with daughter Essena set to have a baby brother or sister in the middle of the year.
Bobby and Jo have planned it well – by our calculations their newest addition is due around the mid-season bye!
Rodman in town
Johann Wagner and Jackson Trengove got to meet controversial basketballer come wrestler come wedding dress wearer when he was in town on Sunday for his ‘Bad Boy’ tour.
It’s safe to say the boys weren’t taking advice from Rodman when it comes to how to behave off-field!
Waugh in the west
Matthew Broadbent rates himself as a cricketer. He’s played plenty of it as a junior and would’ve been pretty confident of making some runs at the annual ‘Waugh in the West’ cricket match at St Clair on the weekend.
He obviously liked what he saw when Taylor Walker came on to bowl as he quickly went about attacking the Crows forward. But he didn’t quite have his timing spot on and got caught right on the boundary. He wouldn’t tell us his exact score, but we hear it wasn’t in double figures.
Good thing Broady can play footy!
Mistaken identity
It seems our Chairman has been getting some misguided negativity on Twitter. David Koch is obviously a well-known personality in Australia, but he shares the same name as a billionaire in the USA.
David H. Koch, not our Kochie, is somewhat controversial in the US and has come under fire for various political dealings over the years. And our Chairman has been copping it on Twitter for his US counterpart’s indiscretions. Hopefully he’s been able to set the record straight with one of his latest tweets!

Kane’s new ‘girlfriend’
Kane Cornes was pretty impressed with the Superbowl half time show, so much so that he took to social media to let everyone know.
In the process, he also let us know that he’s apparently dating Katy Perry.
Not sure how Kane’s WIFE Lucy feels about this. (she did respond to his Facebook post with the number of her new ‘boyfriend’ – 1800 HOT STUFF)
