The Power must defeat Fremantle to secure a top four spot, and will have the services of Westhoff and Schulz after the pair were cleared of injury following the club’s 103-point defeat of Carlton last Friday.
And Port Adelaide should also be at full strength in the SANFL for its semi final in a fortnight after being consigned to 19 fit men against Glenelg on Saturday afternoon.
Darcy Byrne-Jones was forced out of the match with a suspected concussion, while Aaron Young may have aggravated the foot injury that sidelined him through July and early August.
Port Adelaide’s head of high performance Darren Burgess expects Young to be cleared of injury.
“We’ll get scans for Youngy, but we think he aggravated a tendon in his foot against Glenelg and took him off as a precaution,” Burgess told portadelaidefc.com.au.
“We don’t think it’s anything major, but it’s always important to check these things out.
“Darcy will get the weekend off anyway so that will give him plenty of time to recover.”
Port Adelaide plays Fremantle at Patersons Stadium on Saturday 30 August at 1:10pm, the club has a one-week rest in the SANFL after finishing on top of the ladder during the minor round.
