Have all AFL games been cancelled?
No. The AFL have announced the season will be shortened to a 17-game season and at this stage Round 1 will go ahead as scheduled. The match ups will remain as fixtured and the rest of the fixture will be adjusted to accommodate the shortened season.
The AFL are looking at reworking the fixture from Round 1 onwards and as soon as we have this information, we will share it with our members and supporters.
When will a decision be made to re-open matches to the fans?
The situation is rapidly evolving so at this stage it’s too early to say when fans will be able to attend games again.
Can I get a refund on my membership?
We acknowledge this is a unique situation and we are working our way through the various scenarios. We appreciate your support as a member and once we have some certainty around what the plan is for future matches, we will be in a position to provide an update. We will do everything we can to ensure our members feel they receive value from their memberships.
We are currently working within our normal no refund policy on membership -

Once we have a confirmed position on what the 2020 season will look like we will determine how to approach this to provide our members with a full range of options
My next membership instalment is due tomorrow, will I be charged?
Members who are currently on a Monthly Payment Plan (Easy Pay) for their membership will have their next instalment deducted on Tuesday 17 March. Members can request to put a temporary stop to this payment by contacting PAFC Member Services on 1300 467 232 or membership@pafc.com.au.
Whilst we understand this situation will significantly affect our community financially, we would be forever grateful to those who are in a position to remain committed to the Club for their original investment.
I purchased Member Guest tickets for Round 1, will I get a refund?
Yes, Interstate members who purchased guest tickets for the Round 1 game v Gold Coast will have their guest tickets refunded in full. Refunds will be processed by PAFC Member Services as soon as possible and will be complete by Friday 20 March. We are currently working through the ramifications of Member access to this game and will contact members as soon as we have an update.
I purchased daily tickets to games including Western Stand Guest Passes and Reserved Seat upgrades, will I get a refund?
Round 1 daily ticket purchasers will be refunded by the relevant ticketing agent, Ticketek or Ticketmaster. The ticketing agent will contact you by email in the coming days.
Once the AFL have announced the arrangements for future rounds, we will be in a position to provide an update.
Can I come watch training sessions?
Protecting the health of players, staff and members is our number one priority and as a result all training sessions will be closed to the public.
Is the Port Store and Port Club open?
There is no change to the operating hours of the Port Store and Port Club at this stage.

Will there be any SANFL Games?
The SANFL have advised that the 2020 SANFL Statewide Super League will be postponed until at least 31 May. Members will be notified if the SANFL provides any changes in regards to this current status.
I purchased a 2020 coterie membership and/or game day hospitality product for our home games, what should I do?
Once we have a confirmed position on the 2020 AFL Season, we will provide an update to all of our coterie groups and game day hospitality clients. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we deal with these challenging circumstances for everyone.
