As Official IT Partner, and Official Laptop / Managed Services Provider Partner to the club, Comwire IT’s continued support both in administration as well as the Football Department will play a vital part in the success of the club in its 150th year.
The South Australian born company has grown to a nation footprint, with a high profile on the sporting landscape across Australia as well as here in South Australia through partnerships with Adelaide United, the Adelaide 36ers and the Strikers in the BBL.
Long-term Port Adelaide ‘tragics’ Mark Frahn and Robert Librandi as Directors of Comwire IT have supported the club for the past 6 years and through their sponsorship of Travis Boak, the presenting of the Comwire IT Business Lunches conducted throughout the year, and at every home match you will see Comwire IT proudly supporting in the stands at every Port Adelaide game, they are well known to the Port Adelaide faithful.
“We are proud to continue our long-standing relationship with the Port Adelaide Football Club,” said Frahn, Comwire’s CEO and Director.
“Over the past six years we have really become part of the Port Adelaide Football Club community and what it represents.
“We feel the club’s values are well aligned with Comwire’s and we look forward to a long-lasting partnership.”
Comwire’s CFO and Director Robert Librandi echoed Frahn’s sentiments.
“This is set to be a year of celebrations for both Comwire IT and Port Adelaide, with Comwire IT celebrating its 10th year in business and Port Adelaide celebrating its 150th,” Librandi said.
“We look forward to sharing many more celebrations and contributing to the club’s premiership push in 2020 and beyond.”
Port Adelaide CEO, Keith Thomas was thrilled to have the club continue the partnership with Comwire IT after such a strong relationship since 2014.
“Port Adelaide and Comwire IT are very much aligned in our mutual desire to be the best,” he said.
“Mark and Robert are Port Adelaide people and they understand what the club is about.
“Added to that, Comwire IT has played an important role in our technology systems over the last six years with high quality service and support.
“We could not be happier to have Comwire IT on board for the next three years.”
