PORT ADELAIDE is on the brink of cracking 52,000 members as membership sales continue to grow following the Power's 40-point win over Geelong on Sunday.

Lines in the club's member services department have been running hot as unrenewed and new members join for the remainder of season 2014.

Many existing members are also upgrading their memberships to the new Essential Gold West membership, which provides non-reserved seating into the fantastic Western Stand at the Adelaide Oval and includes an AFL Grand Final ticket priority in the event Port Adelaide is a competing club.

New and renewing members are also jumping on the great value 3-game membership and 11-game general admission membership.

The 3-game membership gives access to any three of the Power's remaining home games, including blockbuster night fixtures against Hawthorn, Essendon, Sydney and Carlton.

The general admission membership gives unreserved access to all home games at the Adelaide Oval for the rest of the season.

Port Adelaide's general manager of member services Matthew Richardson explained the 3-game membership has been particularly popular considering the club's upcoming fixture.

"Our next three games are against last year's grand finalist Fremantle and Hawthorn, and then a great Saturday twilight game against Alan Richardson's Saints," he said.

"We expect over 50,000 to attend the Hawthorn night blockbuster - it will be a massive game for our people - and then there's plenty of other big night games against Essendon, Sydney and a Friday night match against Carlton.

"It's not surprising why people are jumping on as new members and why current 3-game members are upgrading to season tickets."

The 3-game membership is terrific value at $100 for three games and removes the risk of missing out on access for a sell out game like the Power's match against Geelong.

But memberships won't last.

The club has already exhausted its compliments of Essential Power Platinum and Silver categories and
