Norton predicted the Power’s votes each round and had the Power skipper finishing on 21 votes, 10 clear of the next best Power player – Chad Wingard on 11.
21 votes would give Boak an outside chance of winning the medal, however the last time that vote count was enough to win was 2005 when Ben Cousins won it for the Eagles with 20 votes.
Boak is a proven vote-winner - in 2010 he finished equal ninth with 16 votes.
Gary Ablett is a raging favourite with the bookies to claim his second Brownlow Medal.
