PORT ADELAIDE has made two late change to its side to play the Sydney Swans at AAMI Stadium this afternoon.

Andrew Moore comes into the side replacing forward John Butcher.

The Power's general manager - football Peter Rohde told portadelaidefc.com.au the change was a tactical one given the inclement conditions at the ground.

"The conditions probably favour us playing a little 'smaller' so we've brought Moorey in and taken a tall (Butcher) out," Rohde said.

UPDATE 1:00pm

Paul Stewart has been withdrawn from the game after injuring his back during the warmup.

Campbell Heath has been brought into the side to replace him.

An injury-replacement is permitted prior to the match.

Port Adelaide's starting bench has been named as Dom Cassisi, Oliver Wines and Campbell Heath with Jasper Pittard acting as the team's substitute.

Action at AAMI Stadium commences at 1:10pm. Patrons at the ground are eligible for upgrades to the Northern Grandstand (Platinum and Gold members are free, Silver and match day sales for $5).
