PORT ADELAIDE will remain in the AFL’s Queensland hub for at least another week and face Greater Western Sydney in Round 6, after the release of the latest part of the fixture.
Port will take on the GIANTS on Sunday July 12 at Metricon Stadium on the Gold Coast from 1:05pm AEST / 12:35pm ACST.
The last time the sides met was a one-point nail biting loss for Port at Adelaide Oval in Round 19, 2019, way back in July.
Round 6 kicks off with a Thursday night contest between St Kilda and Geelong at Marvel Stadium.
It will also see Melbourne and Greater Western Sydney travel to the Gold Coast hub, with the Demons to play Fremantle at Metricon Stadium on Saturday afternoon and the Giants to face ladder-leader Port Adelaide at the same venue on Sunday afternoon.
Also in Queensland, West Coast and Adelaide will do battle at the Gabba on Saturday afternoon, while the red-hot Suns come to Melbourne to face the Hawks at the MCG on Saturday night.
The round will finish with North Melbourne hosting reigning premier Richmond at Marvel Stadium on Sunday night.
